Exceptional service from the friendly staff stood out, along with the vibrant atmosphere featuring live music. The food was a highlight, particularly the well-prepared grills, complemented by generous portion sizes. the inability to park directly at the hotel and the initial issue with my room setup were inconvenient. the mattress lacked necessary firmness for a restful sleep.

We had an amazing time with friends exploring the area! The Grand Opera House was incredible, and we also enjoyed the best food at the restaurant here. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Pro tip, the breakfast is delicious with a good selection! Definitely recommend this place for a fun group getaway!
Our only downside was that we couldn't be dropped off in front of the hotel, which caused a bit of stress with parking.

The bar area offers a lively atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The unique decor adds a quirky charm, making it stand out from your usual bland hotels.
The check-in process left much to be desired. I had to provide my card details over the phone just to get my room key, which felt excessive.
